Please price your menu according to these guidelines

1. Lunch starts at 12 Noon and ends at 2 PM. You really need to be at the Club by 11:15 to set everything up.

                a) Make ice tea

                b) Set up a table for condiments and desserts for people to help themselves

                c) Boil Hot dogs- these are always on the menu

                d) Have a drink and wait for the customers

2. You purchase everything you need except what is on checklist list below, which the Club supplies. You will also need to purchase potato chips, lettuce and tomatoes.

3. Keep your receipts, you are reimbursed for what you sell. Example:

You purchase 2 lbs of turkey @ $6.00 lb

You sell 1 Lb and take home 1 lb. You are only reimbursed for the 1 Lb or $6.00- but you have $6.00 worth of food to take home.

With this in mind, we suggest you make what you would not mind buying back to take home. Obviously, this is not an exact science. Please use your own judgment.

4. Please cleanup after lunch- this includes the kitchen and main room.

5. If this is your first time doing lunch, the best suggestion is for you to come down and have lunch before your date. This way you can see how the old pros do it.
